Refund Policy

At Sapphire Outfits, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be accepted for exchange.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of delivery with your Order Number and photos/videos of the issue.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return courier charges (unless the mistake is from our end).

🔁 Exchange Timeframe

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  • In case the item is out of stock, a store credit voucher will be issued.

No Cash Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

  • Exchanges or store credits only (valid for future purchases).

📦 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-sized or altered products

  • Washed, used, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
